Our stunning #luxereduxbride Kayla had the boho wedding of our dreams! The intimate day was perfect for celebrating all things L O V E 💜    

Kayla + Katie met at a bar in Tennessee. From there, the rest was history!

"I had a whole public proposal planned out. We were going to Columbus to a FLETCHER concert and I was going to propose there while she was performing. Unfortunately, it was cancelled due to covid but FLETCHER did reach out to me via Twitter DMs to send us her love and well wishes! I ended up proposing one afternoon after work. We had been home for months due to covid and it was so sunny and nice out. We were having an afternoon beer in our backyard, having a fabulous conversation and I had the strongest urge that it was the time. So I ran inside crying, got the ring, and proposed in my backyard. Then she ran inside and got the ring she had for me and put it on my finger!"

Kayla wore our Willowby Bonnie, a gorgeous bohemian fitted gown. 

"I had shopped around already and just hadn’t found THE ONE. I was a little frustrated because all the dresses looked great and all the boutiques were so nice, but I didn’t get the feeling that I had found my dress yet. So I decided to go to Luxe Redux by myself so I wouldn’t have anyone else’s opinion to affect my own. Next thing I know, I’m in MY dress. I made FaceTime calls to show it off and it was a done deal. I had found my dress!"

 

The day was adorned with the most stunning details; with all rentals being from Kayla's own business, Secondhand Silience.

"I feel like being in a same-sex relationship you are constantly walking on eggshells trying not to make loved ones that aren’t as “open-minded” uncomfortable. Our day was intimate, and only filled with people who love and care for us 100%. It was perfect and for once, we both felt cherished and happy to be the center of attention."
