Real Bride Feature // Lauren + Nate

From the most twirl-worthy gown to ending the night with ice cream, #luxereduxbride Lauren's wedding was the perfect day!

Lauren + Nate first met a few years ago at their church. Eventually, they began dating + became co-workers!

"We had some mutual friends and eventually started to get to know one another through them which led to us dating! Right after we started dating, we actually both got hired at the church we attend so we’ve been together and co-workers ever since!"

A year later, Nate surprised Lauren with the sweetest proposal at Hoover Reservoir.

"We had just got done with a day full of meetings and my friends and I had plans to go hangout and get food after work. They ended up taking me on a detour to Hoover Reservoir where Nate was waiting to propose by the water!"

Lauren wore a stunning tiered Watters ball gown, accessorized with Twigs & Honey earrings.

"I heard about Luxe after a call with La Jeune Mariee! They suggested visiting Luxe Redux so I set up an appointment and ended up finding my dream dress within 20 minutes of trying on! Maya was the sweetest soul who helped me decide my dress was the one. I was debating between two dresses and not sure what I was gonna do. She asked me what would happen if I left and came back later only to find out one dress was gone and which one I would be devastated about. That made my decision for me so quickly!"

"My dress was a dream! I literally just wanted to twirl around in it all day long. Not at all what anyone [even including myself] expected as my dress, but I couldn’t picture myself in anything else!"

Lauren + Nate ended their special day on the dance floor, dancing + singing with ice cream bars in hand.

"Besides just being so giddy about finally getting to call Nate my husband, my favorite memory of that night has to be the entire dance floor filled with our guests dancing and singing with Dairy Queen Dilly Bars in hand. It felt like the the best, most wild dream come true."
