When to Buy Your Wedding Dress

One of the most common questions brides have is when they should start looking for their wedding dress. Don't worry #futuremrs, we're giving you all the details!

When shopping at a traditional bridal boutique, brides try on sample gowns + the gown they choose is ordered in their size, color preference + any customizations. This process usually takes 6 months depending on the gown designer. 

Our gowns are sample gowns from high-end boutiques all over the country. This means all the pretty is sold off-the-rack + ready to leave with you the day you say yaaas!

Leave time for alterations!

Even though our gowns are ready to go home with you, alterations are a must! Whether you order a brand new dress from a traditional boutique or fall head over heels for a designer sample gown at Luxe Redux, you will need alterations to get that perfect fit. It's best to leave at least two months between your bridal appointment and wedding date, that way you have plenty of time to get your gown altered.
